Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All standard orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time may extend to 4–6 business days during major sales and holiday seasons.

Custom engraved & personalized jewelry items require a production lead time of 3–4 weeks before shipment. If your order contains both custom and regular goods, the full order will ship together once customized pieces are finished.

Once an order is submitted, the shipping address cannot be modified. Please double-check your delivery address before checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

  • United States & Canada: Standard shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $40 USD.
  • International Orders: Shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated automatically on the checkout page.

All orders will receive a unique tracking number sent via email once dispatched. We partner with USPS, Canada Post, DHL and local regional couriers for global delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery countdown starts after your order has been shipped, not after checkout:

  • US & Canada: 5–15 business days
  • All other international regions: 5–15 business days

Tracking status may take 24–72 hours to refresh after shipment. Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, carrier backlogs or global logistics disruptions are outside our control and not guaranteed delivery windows.

4. Optional Package Protection

Package Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout to cover lost, stolen or damaged parcels in transit.

Purchased Protection Free reshipment of identical items; full item + shipping refund if out of stock.
No Protection Purchased $6 USD reshipment fee required for replacement. If items are discontinued/out of stock, store credit will be issued minus a $6 processing fee.

A package is defined as lost if the carrier confirms loss, or if there is zero tracking movement for 8 consecutive days. We take no responsibility for marked "delivered" parcels that you fail to receive; please contact your local carrier to locate missing deliveries.

5. Packages Returned to Sender

Parcels may be returned to our warehouse due to invalid address, unclaimed delivery, unpaid customs duties, or recipient refusal.

  • Reshipment: A flat $6 USD shipping fee applies to resend available inventory.
  • Refund / Store Credit: Original shipping cost ($6) will be deducted from your refund or store credit balance.
  • If you purchased Package Protection, only the protection service charge will be withheld from refunds.

6. International Customs, Duties & Fees

All import taxes, customs duties, VAT, clearance handling fees and local brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. EvryJeweis does not cover or reimburse any cross-border import charges.

Your credit card issuer may charge a foreign transaction fee of 1%–3% for international purchases, which is not collected or controlled by our store.

7. Split Shipments

Our inventory is stored across multiple fulfillment warehouses. If your order contains items from separate locations, we may send multiple packages at no extra shipping cost to speed up delivery.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Evry Jeweis shall not be held liable for delivery delays, lost parcels or damaged goods if Package Protection was not purchased. All delivery timelines are estimates only and not binding guarantees. Once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, all risk of loss transfers to the customer.
